Dear Foodies & Friends,
Can you believe 2018 is already over? Looking back, this year has been a little bittersweet. I got through my worst semester of law school, tackled my first culinary internship at Sofitel in Mumbai (more about that in a future post ) and tried to get over some of my fears of posting on social media. LOL.
I am so glad that I made it in time for Christmas this year. We had ham with gravy, ratatouille, parmesan cauliflower mash, roast potatoes, buttered corn, asparagus with bacon, plum cake, pumpkin spiced cookies and eggnog. By gosh, it was delicious.
I’m excited to see what 2019 has in store for me. Normally I don’t believe much in making New Year resolutions because I rarely, if ever keep them, but this year I REALLY want to put more time and effort into making my food dream possible. My birthday is coming up soon, and the thought of being so close to my mid twenties is FREAKING me out! Life is getting too real, too soon ya’ll.
I hope all of you had a lovely Christmas and that the coming year brings you lots of joy, memories to cherish and of course, success. Happy New Year, everyone!
With Love & Lots of Butter,
